Sr. HR Workforce Analytics Analyst (1468445) Houston, Texas

Salary: USD36 - USD42 per hour

Our client, a leading healthcare system located in west Houston, is seeking a Senior Workforce Analyst to support workforce analytics, reporting, workforce planning, and strategic decision-making initiatives. This individual will leverage workforce data, statistical analysis, forecasting, and business intelligence tools to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide recommendations to senior leaders. The Senior Workforce Analyst will partner closely with HR, Total Rewards, and business stakeholders while developing dashboards, reports, and workforce analytics solutions that drive organizational performance. This role operates in a collaborative, data-driven environment supporting enterprise-wide human capital initiatives. This position is hybrid, working 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, and is a contract assignment from August 10, 2026 through November 7, 2026.
