You’ll extract insights, partner cross-functionally to influence strategy, and help the team increase impact on talent decisions.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of hands-on data analytics with emphasis on workforce or talent insights.
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and communicate recommendations to leadership.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analyses, generate insights, and present to Talent Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team.
• Collaborate with Finance and Human Capital leadership to inform workforce planning and budgetary insights.
• Build analytical tools and self-service BI dashboards to visualize data.
• Develop reporting solutions to deliver the right information to the right people at the right time.
• Partner with data science teams to identify opportunities for deep analytics within Human Capital.
