RVO Health is seeking a mid-level Data Analyst to join the People Analytics team in the Charlotte area. The role focuses on extracting insights, partnering with Finance and Human Capital, and delivering self-service BI solutions and dashboards.

You will present findings to leadership, influence workforce planning, and help identify opportunities to maximize impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years hands-on data analytics experience with workforce insights.
• Ability to compile data into comprehensive reports and inform leadership.
• Experience with visualization tools to build dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Conduct advanced data analyses, generate insights, and present to Talent Leadership Team and Executive Leadership Team members.
• Collaborate with Finance and Human Capital leadership to inform budgeting and planning.
• Build self-service BI tools and dashboards that visualize and analyze data.
• Develop reporting solutions to deliver timely insights to stakeholders.
• Partner with data science teams to uncover deeper analytics opportunities within Human Capital.
