You will own the Workday environment, set priorities for its evolution, and lead major initiatives while ensuring seamless integration with surrounding enterprise technologies.

Qualifications

• Career progression demonstrating ownership of enterprise systems and strategy.
• Deep familiarity with Workday and running it at scale.
• Judgment balancing priorities, investments and business needs.
• Experience presenting technology recommendations to board or executives.
• Commitment to developing people and building leadership.
• Ability to move between strategic and technical discussions when required.
• Experience overseeing complex transformation programs.
• Comfort managing external partners and technology suppliers.

• Extensive exposure to Workday Financials.
