A major U.S. healthcare organization is investing in the continued development of its enterprise technology landscape and is seeking an accomplished Workday leader to take a senior role in that journey.

This is an opportunity for an established technology executive to influence how Workday is used across a complex organization, while shaping the people, strategy and operating model behind the platform.

The position will have significant exposure to senior leadership and will combine strategic direction with ownership of day-to-day technology performance.

What You’ll Own:

The successful executive will have broad responsibility for the Workday environment and its future direction, including:

• Setting priorities for the continued evolution of the Workday platform
• Turning business objectives into practical technology initiatives and roadmaps
• Identifying opportunities to simplify processes, increase automation and improve the employee experience
• Providing leadership across major Workday initiatives, enhancements and platform changes
• Ensuring the wider Workday ecosystem works effectively with surrounding enterprise technologies
• Establishing a clear framework for technology decisions, risk management and platform ownership
• Guiding the selection and management of external consulting and technology partners
• Maintaining strong commercial oversight of strategic suppliers
