You will lead requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, testing, and documentation, while guiding Workday releases and analytics to support payroll, legal and HR stakeholders across multiple regions. This full-time role offers hybrid work.

Qualifications

• 5+ years configuring Core HCM for domestic & international colleagues.
• 4+ years building reports and configurations in Workday.
• 4+ years configuring Business Processes in Workday.
• 3+ years HR tech landscape incl. cloud/mobile technologies.
• 3+ years gathering requirements and design in Workday.
• 2+ years collaborating with SaaS vendors to resolve defects.

Responsibilities

• Support HR and Payroll tech needs with HR Partners and Shared Services.
• Build cross-functional relationships within HR Tech to ensure delivery.
• Collaborate with business and technical partners on Workday Core HCM roadmap.
• Gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and document designs.
• Lead UAT, regression testing, and release readiness activities.
• Generate reports and analytics to support business needs.
