Qualifications

• RF technical ability is required; knowledge in microwave/RF is highly valued.
• Experience partnering with prime defense contractors to identify and forecast opportunities.
• Must possess negotiation skills to close multi‑million‑dollar contracts.
• Ability to develop account strategies to increase market penetration.
• Willingness to travel regularly as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Identify and capture new business opportunities with key customers.
• Maintain a current order forecast and provide quotes/proposals for products.
• Lead external manufacturing reps within the territory to drive revenue growth.
• Prepare complex high‑value proposals and ensure customer satisfaction across internal teams.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders and participate in multi‑disciplinary IPT teams.
