Job summary

ACET, Incorporated is seeking a Wing Scheduler to support the 5th Bomb Wing and 5th Operations Group at Minot AFB, ND. The role focuses on long-range scheduling, prioritization of missions, and collaboration with flying squadrons to meet operations goals.

The position requires a DoD Secret clearance, and at least 2 years of squadron aircrew scheduling experience, with PEX or similar systems. You will participate in weekly and monthly scheduling meetings and coordinate with maintenance for data

Qualifications

Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
Minimum two years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
Minimum two years of experience with PEX or similar scheduling program.

Responsibilities

Build and maintain a long-range scheduling system for Wing operations.
Align planning with Operations Group objectives through collaboration with squadrons.
Maintain resources and alignment with tenant units and AF GSC goals.
Mine historical mission data to improve future planning accuracy.
Produce detailed decision-support reports for leadership.
Deliver training to Operations Group on the scheduling system.
