ACET, Inc. is seeking a Wing Scheduler for the 509th Bomb Wing and 509th Operations Group at Whiteman AFB, Missouri. The role supports long-range scheduling, aligns with Group objectives, and coordinates with ANG and AFRC units to ensure mission readiness.

The ideal candidate will have DoD Secret clearance and proven experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler, with familiarity in PEX or similar scheduling systems. An opportunity to influence strategic scheduling across multiple units.

Qualifications

• Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience working as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with PEX or a similar scheduling program.

Responsabilités

• Develop and sustain a long-range scheduling system for wing operations.
• Coordinate with operational units to align planning with Group objectives.
• Optimize resources and align schedules with associated ANG and AFRC units and AFGSC goals.
• Analyze historical mission data to improve future planning.
• Produce detailed reports for leadership decision-making.
• Train group personnel on the scheduling system to achieve self-sufficiency.
