The Rockhill Group seeks a Wing Scheduler to support Minot AFB, ND. You will develop long-range scheduling for aerial refueling tankers and ACE operations, aligning wing plans with DoD strategic goals and tenant partners. You will analyze mission data, produce decision-ready analytics for Operations Group leadership, and train staff on scheduling software.

Applicants must have a SECRET clearance, be a U.S. citizen, and meet base access requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years as squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Two years with Patriot Excalibur (PEX) or a similar aircrew scheduling system.
• Experience in a DoD military flying squadron, group, or wing environment.
• Proficient with MS Access, Excel, SharePoint, Teams; familiar with NIPR/SIPR networks.

• Align wing long-term mission planning with DoD strategic goals and tenant partners.
• Analyze historical mission data to optimize resources and produce actionable analytics for leadership.
