ACET is seeking a Wing Scheduler to support the 2d Bomb Wing at Barksdale AFB, LA. The role focuses on unit-level long-range scheduling, tanker prioritization, agile combat employment, and alignment with associate units to sustain the scheduling system for the Group.

The position requires DoD Secret clearance, 2+ years as a squadron aircrew scheduler, and 2+ years with PEX or similar software. You will collaborate across units and train staff on the scheduling system.

Qualifications

• Must have or be able to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience as a squadron aircrew scheduler.
• Minimum two (2) years of experience with PEX or a similar scheduling program.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a long-range scheduling system prioritizing tankers and agile combat employment operations.
• Collaborate with operational units to align long-term mission planning with group objectives.
• Optimize resources and maintain alignment with tenant/associate units and Air Force goals.
• Analyze historical mission data to improve future planning.
• Generate detailed reports for leadership to inform decisions.
• Train group personnel on the long-range scheduling system and conduct knowledge transfer.
