Bits & Bows, a growing children’s lifestyle brand, is seeking a Wholesale Account Manager to support our wholesale partners and sales organization. The ideal candidate is organized, relationship-oriented, and sales-minded.

You will own wholesale orders from receipt through shipment, ensure entries are accurate, deadlines met, issues resolved quickly, and our customers receive exceptional service throughout the process.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in wholesale, account services, customer service, sales support, inside sales, order management, or related field.
• Exceptional organization and ability to manage many orders, accounts, deadlines, and details.
• Strong written and verbal communication with professional buyers and retail partners.
• Urgency, ownership, and follow-through.
• Comfort with fast-growing environment and changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own wholesale orders from receipt through shipment and delivery.
• Enter and maintain orders accurately across systems.
• Coordinate with fulfillment, operations, and sales reps.
• Provide proactive, polished responses to customer inquiries.
• Identify reorder opportunities and support growth with clients.
