Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior leader to drive enterprise wellness strategy, development, execution and evaluation across the organization. You will partner with leaders across functions, navigate ambiguity and mentor staff while advancing key wellness initiatives with an emphasis on data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience.
• Subject matter expert within wellness with ability to influence executive decisions.
• Experience overseeing the design, implementation and evaluation of high-impact wellness programs.
• Expert knowledge of corporate wellness programs and initiatives.
• Expert knowledge of behavior change theory and its application to diverse populations.
• Specialized skill in collecting and analyzing data to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Experience working with all levels of staff, management and vendors.
• Ability to mentor junior and developing staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of strategic wellness programs including health promotion and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze wellness program data; track industry trends and best practices.
• Oversee vendor selection, contract development and budget for the division.
• Evaluate delivery, customer service satisfaction and vendor effectiveness.
• Provide guidance to business unit leaders to create custom wellness programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to integrate wellness into organizational strategy.
• Oversee annual wellness communications plan and draft communications materials.
• Maintain relationships with team members, management and vendors to ensure quality.
• Lead inter-departmental teams to influence and integrate wellness programming.
• Develop strategic plans and goals for the division using data and insights.
• Mentor junior and developing staff.
