Job summary

Woodard & Curran is seeking a senior leader to guide the strategy, design and ongoing optimization of our benefits and wellness programs. You will set direction, measure impact, and drive change toward best-practices in employee health and wellbeing.

You’ll partner with Talent Management, Compensation & Compliance, Recruiting, Payroll and HR Technology to build scalable programs and lead the Benefits & Wellbeing Specialist. A passion for inclusive culture and healthy workplaces is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing employee benefit programs.
• Ability to drive wellness initiatives with measurable impact.
• Strong collaboration with HR, payroll and compliance teams.
