Responsibilities

• Lead the development and management of strategic wellness programs.
• Monitor and analyze wellness data and industry trends.
• Oversee vendor selection, contracts and budget for the division.
• Evaluate delivery and satisfaction of division vendors.
• Consult with leaders to create custom wellness programs.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to embed wellness in strategy.
• Oversee wellness communications and coordination with internal teams.
• Build relationships with stakeholders and mentors staff.
