Job summary

Navy Federal Credit Union is seeking a senior leader to own the strategy, development, execution and evaluation of enterprise wellness programs. You will partner with leaders across the organization, coordinate work across functions and drive alignment to advance organizational goals.

The role requires independent navigation of ambiguity, mentorship of staff, and expert knowledge in wellness and behavior change. Financial wellness experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in wellness or related field.
• Subject matter expert with cross-functional influence across disciplines.
• Proven leadership and stakeholder management to influence executive decisions.
• Experience designing, implementing and evaluating high-impact wellness programs.
• Expert knowledge of corporate wellness initiatives and behavior change.
• Strong data collection and analysis skills to evaluate program effectiveness.
• Ability to collaborate with senior leadership to integrate wellness into strategy.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and management of strategic wellness programs, including health promotion and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze wellness data; track trends and best practices; present actionable insights.
• Oversee vendor selection, contracts and budget for the division.
• Evaluate vendor delivery and customer satisfaction; ensure integration with benefits vendors.
• Guide business units to create custom wellness programs and resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align wellness with organizational strategy.
• Oversee annual wellness communications plan with Internal Communications.
• Maintain relationships with leadership, stakeholders and vendors to ensure service quality.
• Lead inter-departmental teams to align wellness with enterprise strategy.
• Develop strategic plans and goals using data-driven insights.
• Mentor junior staff and develop team members.
