Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau’s Warrior Resiliency & Fitness programs. The role focuses on SAP/Suicide Prevention, training coordination, and data management across DAMIS/ALURRT.

You will brief quarterly updates, input training and treatment data within tight deadlines, and collaborate with service members and ARNG units. Requires degree + experience, strong communication, and ability to work weekends when training occurs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus four years of practical experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience, and program and case management, or 10 years of practical experience.
• Experience in instructing and briefing skills, demonstrating flexibility with various audiences.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including many weekends when state units conduct training.

Responsibilities

• Provide quarterly information briefing on State and National level Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention.
• Input SAP and SP training and applicable information into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Electronically report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of training completion.
• Input all assessment/referral and treatment data of Service Members into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Coordinate and conduct SAP Training (annual and targeted) and SP Training for Service members, families and ARNG units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
