Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau’s Warrior Resiliency & Fitness programs, including SAP and Suicide Prevention. You will provide information briefings, manage training data in DAMIS/ALURRT, and coordinate SAP/SP trainings for Service members and ARNG units.

The role requires strong instruction, organizational skills, and advanced Excel capabilities, with flexibility to work weekends and pass background checks for CAC eligibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with four years of practical experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience, and program/case management, or 10 years of experience.
• Proven instructing and briefing skills with flexibility for various audiences.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends for trainings.
• Pass a background check and obtain CAC clearance.
• Strong Excel and metric development skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide quarterly information briefings on state and national SAP and Suicide Prevention programs.
• Input SAP and SP training data into DAMIS/ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• electronically report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of completion.
• Enter all assessment/referral and treatment data into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Coordinate and conduct SAP and SP training and SP training for Service members and ARNG units per AR 600-85/AR 350-53.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
