Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services seeks a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau, J1 Warrior Resiliency & Fitness SAP and SPP programs. The role focuses on delivering information briefings, data management in DAMIS/ALURRT, and coordinating SAP and SP trainings for Service members and National Guard units.

The candidate will input and report training data within tight timelines, manage assessments and referrals, and may work weekends during state unit trainings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field with 4+ years in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience, or 10+ years of experience.
• Instructing and briefing skills with flexibility across audiences.
• Ability to work a variable schedule including weekends during trainings.

Responsibilities

• Provide quarterly information briefings on state and national Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention.
• Input SAP and SP training data into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of completion.
• Enter assessment/referral and treatment data into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Coordinate and conduct SAP and SP trainings for Service members and ARNG units as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
