Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services seeks a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau (NG), J1 Warrior Resiliency & Fitness SAP and Suicide Prevention programs. You will provide quarterly briefs, input SAP/SP data into DAMIS/ALURRT, and coordinate prevention trainings for Service members and ARNG units.

The role requires a Bachelor’s Degree with four+ years of related experience (or 10 years in the field), strong briefing skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field with four or more years of practical experience in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience (or 10 years of practical experience).
• Strong briefing and instructional capabilities across diverse audiences.
• Ability to work a variable schedule, including weekends when state units train.
• Background check and eligibility for a Contractor CAC.

Responsibilities

• Provide quarterly information briefings on state and national Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention.
• Enter SAP and SP training data into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Electronically report scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of completion.
• Enter assessment/referral and treatment data into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Coordinate and conduct SAP and SP training and SP training for Service members, families, and ARNG units.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
