Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier Health Services seeks a Prevention Coordinator to support National Guard Bureau activities, focusing on Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention programs. The role involves coordinating training, data management, and reporting to ensure compliant program execution at state and national levels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or related field with 4+ years of relevant experience or 10 years of practical experience.
• Demonstrated instructing and briefing skills with ability to adapt to audiences.
• Flexible schedule including weekends when training occurs.
• Pass a background check and obtain CAC eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Shall provide quarterly information briefings on State and National level Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention.
• Input SAP and SP training and data into DAMIS and ALURRT within specified timeframes.
• Electronically report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours after training.
• Record assessment/referral and treatment data for Service Members into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Coordinate and conduct SAP Training and SP Training for Service members, families and ARNG units.
