Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau’s Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention programs. You will coordinate trainings, manage data in DAMIS/ALURRT, and provide quarterly briefings on prevention at state and national levels.

The role requires experience in prevention, program management, and the ability to work a variable schedule including weekends. Strong Excel skills and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated instructing and briefing skills; adapt to audiences.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and metric development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Shall provide information briefing (Quarterly) on State and National level Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention.
• Shall input SAP and SP training and applicable information into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Shall electronically report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of training completion.
• Shall input all assessment/referral and treatment data of Service Members into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Shall coordinate and conduct SAP Training and SP Training for Service members, families and ARNG units as per AR 600-85 and AR 350-53.
