Job summary

Goldbelt Glacier is seeking a Prevention Coordinator to support the National Guard Bureau, J1 Warrior Resiliency & Fitness SAP, and Suicide Prevention Program across military, federal, and civilian landscapes. The role focuses on coordination, data management, and delivering training to Service members and families.

The candidate will input and report training and assessment data into DAMIS, coordinate SAP/SP trainings, and adapt to AR 600-85 and AR 350-53 requirements while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 4+ years in Substance Abuse Prevention, Suicide Prevention, or Resilience, and program and case management, or 10 years of practical experience.
• Experience in instructing and briefing skills, which demonstrate flexibility with various audiences.
• Ability to work a variable schedule as duties require, including many weekends when state units are conducting training Suicide and Substance Abuse Prevention Coordinator (State Level).
• Ability to pass a background check and eligible to obtain a Contractor Common Access Card (CAC).

Responsibilities

• Shall provide information briefing (Quarterly) on State and National level Substance Abuse and Suicide Prevention.
• Shall input SAP and SP training and applicable information into DAMIS and ALURRT within 48 hours of receipt.
• Shall electronically report all scheduled SAP and SP training within 48 hours of training completion.
• Shall input all assessment/referral and treatment data of Service Members into DAMIS within 24 hours of appointment.
• Shall coordinate and conduct SAP Training and SP Training for Service members, families and ARNG units as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
