Qualifications

• Consultative recruiting experience advising senior stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for the Wealth Management organization, handling sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offers.
• Develop proactive direct sourcing strategies across social media, networks, and referrals.
• Act as a strategic talent advisor with market intelligence and candidate assessments.
• Negotiate offers including complex compensation structures and relocations.
• Maintain consistent communication with hiring managers and stakeholders throughout the process.
• Monitor competitor hiring activity to inform Citi's talent strategy.
• Ensure recruitment activity complies with Citi policies and standards.
