Job summary

Motion Recruitment is recruiting a Full Cycle Recruiter for a prestigious global bank on a 12-month contract. The role is 100% remote but requires aligning with Pacific time and collaborating with senior stakeholders to shape hiring across financial services.

You will own end-to-end recruitment, build proactive sourcing strategies on LinkedIn and social networks, assess candidates, negotiate offers, and ensure a smooth, compliant hiring process.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 6 to 10 years of talent acquisition experience in a large financial services organization.
• Direct sourcing using LinkedIn and social networks to engage passive candidates.
• Consultative recruiting, advising senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and evaluation.
• Knowledge of base, bonus and relocation packages to structure offers.
• Strong leadership and project management, handling multiple requisitions.
• Clear, effective written and verbal communication suitable for all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for wealth management, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and offers.
• Build proactive direct sourcing strategies across social channels and networks.
• Advise hiring managers with market intel, candidate assessments and hiring approaches.
• Negotiate offers with well-reasoned terms including complex compensation structures.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders and provide timely feedback.
• Monitor competitor hiring activity to keep talent acquisition informed of market trends.
• Ensure recruitment activity follows Citi's hiring policies and compliance standards.
