Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
Minimum 10 years of experience in a related field.
Professional license in Architecture/Engineering preferred for technical leadership roles.
Experience building and leading diverse teams.
Proven ability to work with directors, managers, and marketing across functions.
Committed to quality, continuous improvement, and HDR values.

Responsibilities

Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, groups and operations.
Lead risk management and ensure quality standards and delivery.
Support client development, proposals, and project pursuits.
Mentor technical leaders and oversee planning and design services.
