Job summary

HDR is seeking a Business Class Director for Integrated Watershed Management to lead technical capabilities, coordinate with multiple HDR units, and guide risk management on large multi-disciplinary projects. Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years of related experience.
Professional registration in Architecture/Engineering (or equivalent) for leadership roles.
Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with multiple HDR leaders.

Responsibilities

Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
Build close working relationships and coordinate with related business classes, market sectors, business groups and operations.
Lead and participate in technical risk management through process and resource reviews.
Oversee development and application of technical tools, standards, and techniques to enhance service quality.
Facilitate business class teamwork and communication across offices and departments.
Monitor direction, policies, and quality assurance in the business class.
