Job summary

HDR seeks a Business Class Director for Integrated Watershed Management. You will lead technical capabilities, coordinate with market sectors, and oversee risk management across HDR’s service lines, including watershed management and water quality.

The role requires directing teams, mentoring leaders, and aligning with HDR’s employee-owned culture. Location is flexible with travel ~35% and collaboration across national and regional teams to deliver multi-discipline projects with high quality and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a Professional, Architecture, Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in related field.
Professional registration (Architect/Engineer) preferred for technical leadership roles.
Experience building and leading diverse teams.
Collaboration with other HDR directors, managers and marketing on business-class efforts.

Responsibilities

Provide company-wide leadership of technical capabilities within the business class.
Coordinate with related business classes, market sectors and operations.
Lead technical risk management through reviews and advisory services.
Drive QA/QC processes and collaborate with the Quality Manager.
