HDR is seeking a Business Class Director for Integrated Watershed Management. You will lead technical capabilities across HDR's service lines, coordinate with market sectors, and guide risk management for large-scale projects.

Based in the United States with travel up to 35%, you will build relationships with colleagues across offices, mentor leaders, and help HDR deliver innovative water solutions while upholding HDR values and an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a Business Class or professional services group.
• Strong ability to coordinate with directors, managers and marketing teams.
