HDR is seeking a Senior Integrated Water Resources Planner/Engineer to lead mid-to large-scale planning and environmental projects for federal programs. You will mentor staff, manage medium-sized assignments, and coordinate with agencies and clients on water resources challenges.

The role emphasizes technical excellence, strong writing, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams to deliver sustainable water management solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Environmental Science or closely related field.
• 10 years technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience with federal plan formulation requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium- to large-size planning and environmental compliance projects on behalf of the federal government.
• Prepare, plan and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct work of others in completion of required studies, documents and reports.
• Demonstrate extensive public participation, agency coordination, planning and programming experience.
• Perform other duties as needed.
