Job summary

HDR is seeking a Senior Integrated Water Resources Planner or Engineer to join their Water Resources team. This role is responsible for planning and directing medium-to-large environmental projects and compliance documents for federal agencies. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, at least 10 years of relevant experience, and excellent communication skills.

Competitive compensation between $100,000 and $195,000 is available, along with comprehensive benefits including health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years of technical and/or field experience in complex environmental planning projects.
• Experience dealing with environmental impact issues and associated permit processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct medium-to-large planning and environmental compliance projects.
• Prepare and analyze compliance documents.
• Direct the work of others to complete required studies and reports.
• Demonstrate extensive public participation and agency coordination experience.
