Job summary

NewCold, a fast-growing global leader in food logistics, is looking for a Planner to coordinate inbound/outbound warehouse activities and ensure orders are received, processed, and dispatched to meet customer requirements and service levels. You will work with carriers and shift leaders to optimize workflows, maintain system accuracy, and uphold health and safety.

A minimum of 2 years in planning and strong MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in planning, logistics, or warehouse ops.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
• Experience with SharePoint or similar systems preferred.
• Strong computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate receiving and dispatching activities in accordance with procedures.
• Ensure inbound/outbound orders meet KPIs and are processed timely.
• Use planning systems to support efficient workflows.
• Collaborate with carriers to ensure delivery requirements are met.
• Maintain accurate customer orders in the system.
• Support timely picking, loading, and unloading.
• Identify opportunities for operational improvements.
