Job summary

NewCold is seeking a Regional Planning Coordinator - OSC to optimize movements in automated warehouses across North America. You will analyze planning, scheduling, and dock-flow for efficiency and support shift coverage at multiple sites.

Ideal candidates have 2–4 years in supply chain or logistics, strong analytical skills, and experience with WMS and data analysis. You will collaborate with site teams and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

  • 2–4 years of experience in supply chain management, logistics or a related field.
  • Experience working in automated warehouses or distribution center environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, especially in multi-site operations.
  • Proficiency with warehouse management systems (WMS) and data analysis software.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks across geographically dispersed teams.
  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain or related field preferred but not required

Responsibilities

  • Analyze automated warehouse movements to identify operational bottlenecks and propose improvements.
  • Review planning and scheduling workflows to spot inefficiencies and propose actionable solutions.
  • Monitor dock flow to ensure optimal throughput and minimize delays.
  • Collaborate with site management teams across North America to provide shift coverage and support workforce planning.
  • Execute daily planning tasks for various North American sites with high accuracy and timeliness.
  • Develop and maintain documentation of findings, proposed changes, and implemented solutions.
  • Communicate regularly with onsite and remote teams to coordinate planning efforts and share best practices.
  • Utilize data analytics tools and warehouse management systems to monitor performance and track improvement initiatives.

Your role as a Regional Planning Coordinator - OSC (Operations Support Center)

Position Summary

The Regional Planning Coordinator - OSC is responsible forinvestigating and optimizing operational movements within automated warehouseenvironments. This role will identify inefficiencies related to planning,scheduling, and dock flow processes. The Planning Coordinator will supportmultiple sites across North America, ensuring coverage for shift needs andexecuting daily planning tasks as assigned by various locations.

Key Responsibilities
