Job summary

Americold Logistics, LLC. is seeking a capable Wave Planner to supervise and coordinate warehouse operations on a shift basis in Wisconsin Rapids.

You will focus on efficient receiving, warehousing, and shipping to meet service and cost objectives, while ensuring quality standards and safe procedures. The role requires at least 3 years in a supervisory or warehouse setting, a high school diploma (associate degree preferred), and forklift certification.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of supervisory or warehouse experience required, or completion of Americold internship program, or a bachelor’s degree.
• High school diploma required; associate degree preferred.
• Forklift certification required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, calculators, desktop computers, and photocopiers.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate unloading, receiving, warehousing, and shipping of customer products.
• Ensure accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Facilitate cross communication between shifts and conduct shift meetings.
• Oversee safe operation of materials handling equipment and maintain a clean, secure work area.
• Ensure staff compliance with safety policies and report safety incidents.
