Job summary

Wild Fork is seeking a Logistics Coordinator for our Frozen Food Distribution network. You will support daily DC logistics, manage transportation scheduling, documentation, and carrier communication while maintaining inventory accuracy and cold chain integrity.

Responsibilities include coordinating inbound/outbound shipments, preparing BOLs and packing lists, and generating carrier performance reports. Strong communication and Excel proficiency are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics, transportation, or warehouse coordination experience (frozen/cold chain preferred).
• Knowledge of transportation modes, appointment scheduling, and shipping documentation.
• Familiarity with WMS/TMS platforms and RF scanning technology.
• Strong communication, time management, and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work in fast paced environments with shifting priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound and outbound shipments with carriers, brokers, and internal teams.
• Prepare Bills of Lading, packing lists, invoices, and carrier paperwork.
• Monitor shipment progress and communicate delays or issues.
• Maintain accurate shipment data in TMS/WMS systems and generate reports.
• Coordinate inbound Receiving schedules with warehouse teams and resolve issues.
• Release outbound orders to carriers and assist with load sequencing and routing.
• Support logistics investigations and KPI reporting with data validation.
