NFI is seeking a Warehouse Operations Manager I to oversee day-to-day warehouse activity on the 1st shift in our California facility. You will lead supervisors and staff, coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, and drive efficiency and safety initiatives in a fast-paced environment.

You will partner with the General Manager to plan labor, analyze performance metrics, and ensure policy compliance while developing team capabilities and maintaining strong customer service levels.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Business or related field preferred.
• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (Manhattan preferred).
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.

Mansioni

• Lead and manage warehouse supervisors and personnel.
• Oversee inbound/outbound shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop strategic plans with GM to optimize facility operations.
• Monitor safety programs and ensure OSHA/compliance adherence.
• Analyze workload vs. labor hours and adjust staffing as needed.
• Coordinate training, onboarding, and performance reviews.
• Engage with HR on employee relations and development.
