Responsibilities include supervising 6-10 staff, enforcing safety policies, conducting safety meetings, and maintaining inventory accuracy with daily cycle counts.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in a supervisory role or lead position.
• Experience with warehouse safety protocols and OSHA standards.
• Demonstrated ability to manage inventory accuracy and cycle counts.

Responsibilities

• Supervise a crew of 6-10 warehouse employees.
• Enforce company safety policies and conduct safety meetings.
• Maintain accurate inventory through daily cycle counts.
• Coordinate loading/unloading of trucks and staging as needed.
• Optimize storage layout and shipping routes for efficiency.
• Monitor driver hours and ensure DOT compliance.
• Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to customers.
