Pirate Staffing is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee all receiving, storage, picking, packing and shipping operations in a high-throughput environment. You will manage inventory accuracy, lead a team, and uphold OSHA safety standards while driving cost-control initiatives and process improvements.

The role requires 5–10+ years in warehouse operations with supervisory experience, a Bachelor’s degree preferred, and familiarity with WMS and automation tools.

Competenze

• Experience leading warehouse teams and optimizing operations.
• Experience with inventory control and cycle counts.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety standards and incident reporting.
• Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and resource planning.

Mansioni

• Plan, organize, and execute daily receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping activities to maximize throughput and accuracy.
• Perform cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies in the warehouse management system.
• Enforce OSHA regulations and maintain a safety-first culture across all processes and equipment.
• Schedule shifts, train staff, monitor performance, and address disciplinary issues as needed.
• Identify opportunities for automation or layout changes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Monitor KPI metrics such as pick rates, order accuracy, dock-to-stock time, and inventory turnover.
• Manage labor costs, supplies, and capital projects for equipment or facility upgrades.
