Job summary

Colonial Group is seeking an Outbound Operations Manager to supervise warehouse activities on a multi-shift basis. You will direct Supervisors and Team Members in outbound operations, manage dispatch schedules, ensure order selection accuracy, and uphold product integrity and shipment accuracy while promoting safety and teamwork on the floor.

Qualifications

• Associate degree preferred.
• Two years of supervisory experience in high-volume material handling.
• Experience in food distribution production preferred.
• Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership and time management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise warehouse activity for outbound operations.
