Job summary

Kenco Logistics is seeking an Operations Supervisor in Ohio to direct warehouse activities, ensure safety and quality, and optimize workflow. The role requires coordinating schedules, inventories, and shipping while guiding teams and enforcing company policies on a daily basis.

Ideal candidates have a bachelor’s degree with 3+ years warehousing experience and at least 6 months of supervisory responsibility, plus solid PC skills and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• At least 3 years in warehousing or distribution.
• Minimum 6 months supervisory experience.
• PC and computer skills including Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Determine work volume, prepare schedules, and expedite workflow.
• Assign duties and review work for quality and policy compliance.
• Schedule inventories and manage outbound order shipping.
• Mentor and coach associates; conduct performance evaluations.
• Support Safety Program and process improvements.
