Job summary

RiseMe is seeking a Site Director to lead the Operations team in Fontana, CA, ensuring safe, efficient warehouse operations, client retention, financial health, staff development and budget goals. You will drive change initiatives and align team efforts with strategic objectives.

The role requires 8+ years in leadership, experience in 3PL or apparel/footwear pick-and-pack, and the ability to travel domestically and internationally. A valid driver’s license is required for this position.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in a relevant leadership role.
• Experience in a 3PL or apparel/footwear pick-and-pack environment.
• Bachelor's degree in related field is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for overall performance as defined by KPIs.
• Prioritize workloads to meet throughput, quality and safety.
• Make staffing, process, and facility changes to increase efficiency.
• Build meaningful relationships with Clients and NRI teams.
• Assess feasibility of projects considering costs, space, schedules and goals.
• Ensure resource commitments for projects and sponsor execution.
• Oversee budget and P&L for facilities.
• Guide, train, and mentor direct reports.
• Set expectations and resolve gaps.
• Participate in performance reviews and wage decisions.
• Plan vacations and ensure proper coverage.
• Drive continuous improvement programs.
• Lead projects and change initiatives for efficiencies.
