Job summary

Beautylish, Inc. is seeking a Director of Warehouse Operations in Fresno to lead the Fulfillment Department. The role oversees 3 managers and ~40 indirect reports, balancing strategic logistics with hands-on team development. Emphasis on continuous improvement, data-driven decisions, and scalable processes across locations.

The position requires deep experience in warehousing, Lean/Six Sigma, and strong leadership in fast-paced settings, with travel as needed and on-site work in Fresno, CA.

Qualifications

• 10 years of general warehouse experience, including operating equipment.
• 3-5 years in a pick/pack/ship fulfillment warehouse.
• 3+ years in Sr. Management or Director role supervising managers.
• Experience in Six Sigma or Lean warehouse management/design.
• Must work on-site at our Fresno, CA warehouse.
• Willingness to travel at least 1 week per quarter.
• Fluent English; Spanish a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and lift 50+ lbs.
• Must have current US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Team Development: set expectations, measure performance, and coach managers and teams.
• Strategic Operations: own KPIs, long-term planning, labor forecasting, and peak season planning.
• Process improvement: implement standardized, scalable systems and routines.
• Data-driven decisions: support with data and metrics; regular reporting to stakeholders.
• Equipment/Systems: optimize warehouse software setup, training, and maintenance.
• Facility management: ensure efficient, clean, and safe warehouses; oversee maintenance.
• Vendor management: research, quotes, and purchasing for equipment to grow operations.
