Job summary

Capstone Precision Group is seeking a Warehouse Manager to lead all warehousing, logistics, inventory control, shipping, receiving, and facility operations. The role focuses on safe, efficient, and compliant execution of daily activities, managing staff, and driving performance metrics.

You will oversee domestic and international shipments, ensure regulatory compliance, and promote safety and continuous improvement across the site in Sedalia, Missouri.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Logistics Management.
• 5+ years of experience with Supply Chain, Process/Initiative Management.
• Demonstrated experience in all aspects of Supplier Relationship Management.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement warehouse procedures, systems, and workflows to maximize operational efficiency, productivity, and KPI goals.
• Lead warehouse personnel management, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, scheduling, performance management, and staffing resources.
• Manage daily operations by adjusting staffing and workflow to meet customer demands and shipping schedules.
• Monitor operations to ensure productivity, inventory accuracy, quality standards, and customer service targets.
• Oversee domestic and international logistics activities, carrier selection, quotes, rate negotiations, and shipments.
• Ensure compliance with transportation, storage, safety, and regulatory requirements.
• Partner with HESS to promote a safe workplace by enforcing standards and practices.
• Coordinate OSHA, hazardous materials, CPR/First Aid, and other trainings.
• Manage facility and equipment maintenance, vendor management, and safety systems.
• Serve as primary site security contact and oversee security plans.
• Maintain records and reporting on warehouse performance, safety, training, and inventory metrics.
• Collaborate with customers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve logistics and inventory issues.
• Lead sustainability and recycling initiatives supporting environmental and efficiency goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
