Job summary

Vizient, Inc. seeks a VP, Integrated Supply Chain to lead the company’s integrated supply chain model across complex health systems, IDNs, and strategic clients.

The role orchestrates a cross-functional delivery of sourcing, value analysis, analytics, inventory management, and operations into a high-performing model. The position requires a strategic leader who translates strategy into execution, partners with executive stakeholders, and drives sustainable cost, quality, and service improvements

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive leadership in healthcare supply chain, hospital operations, consulting, or related fields.
• Experience leading complex, multi-site environments and large-scale transformation initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence without direct authority and to drive measurable financial and operational results.
• Willingness to travel regularly to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the senior leader accountable for performance and client value delivery across assigned engagements.
• Lead integrated delivery and execution across matrixed teams with client stakeholders to achieve measurable results.
• Establish governance structures, KPIs, dashboards, and routines to drive accountability and continuous improvement.
• Identify growth opportunities and align delivery with financial performance and client outcomes.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and scalable solutions across multiple clients.
