Job summary

Dorman is seeking a Vice President, Planning to lead the enterprise planning organization, including Demand Planning, Supply Planning, Inventory Optimization, Enterprise & Customer Programs, and Fill Rate Performance.

This leader develops and executes IBP strategies that align customer demand, supply capabilities, inventory investments, and service objectives to drive profitable growth and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or supply chain with 15+ years of leadership in planning and supply chain.
• Experience leading multi-site planning, inventory optimization, and customer programs.
• Strong financial acumen, budgeting and capital planning experience.
• Proven ability to implement advanced planning systems and lead cross-functional change.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise planning strategy across Demand, Supply, Inventory, and related programs.
• Develop planning frameworks, governance, and performance metrics.
• Drive continuous improvement and data-driven decision making.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Procurement, and Finance to ensure service and availability.
