Job summary

OWT Global is seeking an anticipatory, financially grounded program executive to lead a company-wide PMO and ensure new and existing programs are ready, predictable and reliably executed.

The Vice President of Programs will report to the CEO, manage the PMO, and oversee readiness, mobilization and execution across all programs with travel up to 25%. Tampa HQ-based leadership is required to coordinate with Program Directors and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in defense, federal contracting or government services.
• 7+ years leading programs, portfolios or a PMO and establishing governance.
• Master's degree or equivalent; US citizenship and ability to obtain security clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead a company-wide PMO and oversee readiness, mobilization and execution across programs.
• Ensure portfolio health, capacity, risk and delivery across the enterprise.
• Coordinate with Finance, HR, security, contracts, IT and logistics for integrated program launches.
• Provide executive visibility and accountability for program performance and outcomes.
