Job summary

OWT Global, a defense services company based in Tampa, Florida, is seeking an anticipatory, financially grounded Vice President of Programs to lead the company-wide PMO and ensure programs are ready, predictable and reliably executed.

Reporting to the CEO, you will own readiness, mobilization and execution oversight across all programs, supervise Program Directors, and maintain a portfolio view of health, capacity, risks and delivery.

Qualifications

• Lead company-wide PMO and oversee readiness, mobilization and execution across programs.
• Define governance, standards and executive visibility for all programs.
• Forecast requirements, timelines and readiness commitments across the portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Optimize and lead a company-wide PMO that provides consistent governance, standards and executive visibility across all programs.
• Establish a practical program lifecycle, operating cadence, decision rights, performance measures and escalation paths that improve accountability and speed.
• Maintain an integrated portfolio view of program health, staffing, milestones, deliverables, financial performance, customer commitments and risk
