Agility Robotics seeks a VP of Strategic Program Management to lead the PMO for new product development and launches. This executive role reports to the COO and drives portfolio prioritization, risk management, and executive reporting while coaching TPMs and guiding cross-functional teams across engineering, supply chain, and manufacturing.

You will own a scalable program management discipline, partner with finance and quality, and ensure on-time delivery of hardware and integrated software

Qualifikationen

• 12+ years of technical program or project management experience.
• 5+ years in a people-leadership role managing TPMs or PMs.
• Experience leading NPI/NPD in hardware/robotics or complex electromechanical products.
• Track record building or scaling a PMO/SPMO in fast-growing org.
• Strong executive presence and communication to C-suite.

• Enforce a consistent program management methodology and cadence.
• Own portfolio-level sequencing, resourcing, interdependencies and tradeoffs.
• Align cross-functional teams to milestones and commitments.
