Job summary

OWT Global, a Tampa-based defense services and solutions company, seeks a Vice President of Programs to lead the company-wide PMO, ensure readiness, mobilization, and execution across all programs, reporting to the CEO.

This executive role requires 15+ years in defense or government services, seven+ years in program leadership, and a strong command of program financial management, FAR/DFARS, and cross-functional coordination; travel up to 25% is expected.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in defense, federal contracting or government services.
• At least seven years leading programs, portfolios or a PMO.
• Master's degree or equivalent; PMP, PgMP or DAWIA FAC-P/PM credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• PMO Leadership and Program Governance across all programs, with executive visibility and accountability.
• Award Readiness and Mobilization planning, including staffing, infrastructure, and contract readiness.
• Portfolio Oversight and Program Execution with standard baselines, delivery and risk management.
• Program Financial and Contractual Performance including budgets, forecasts and delivery economics.
