Job summary

Early Warning Services LLC is seeking a senior program manager to lead strategic projects across our technology platforms. You will drive delivery, manage multi-disciplinary teams, and ensure programs meet time, cost, and quality objectives.

This role demands extensive experience with both Agile and Waterfall SDLC practices and a proven track record in large-scale product coordination. Candidates should bring 15+ years in program management, with a background in financial services or regulated

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management and/or Computer Science or related field.
• Experience in financial institutions or regulated industries and software development lifecycles.
• Minimum 15+ years in program/project management with leadership experience.
• Experience with product launches or large-scale technical coordination.
• Strong collaboration and cross-functional teamwork skills.
• Proficiency with Agile and Waterfall SDLC practices.
• Paze-related qualification is a plus.
• Background check and drug screen completed.

Responsibilities

• Drives and manages execution of technology-intensive products within budget and schedule.
• Monitors performance, identifies blockers, and coordinates resolution.
• Establishes best practices, templates, and tools to scale program effectiveness.
• Leads a high-performance team to deliver milestones and outcomes.
• Defines roles, processes, and governance from ideation to in-market realization.
• Coordinates multiple workstreams to align with business objectives.
• Reports program progress, metrics, and risks to executives.
• Engages external partners to incorporate dependencies into planning.
